DESCRIPTION The 2016 red DvsG wine is a blend of Mediterranean varieties: 40% Shiraz, 24% Marselan, 24% Carignan and 12% Petit Sirah, matured in French oak barrels, 30% of them new, for about 10 months. The wine has a red-purple color, black plum aromas, violets and spices that blend well with the fruit flavors, round tannins and the scent of oak. The wine is complex, elegant and has a rich finish.

Vinification: Closed tanks, cold maceration for 4 days 10% juice bleeding directly after crush, pump over every 6 hours, maximum temperature 28ºC, 15 days extended skin maceration.
Barrel maturation: Medium toast 225ℓ barrels used, combination of medium and tight grain oak for 10 months, 70% used barrels and 30% new barrels.
