This exceptional red wine series is crafted in a limited edition of just 1,500 bottles annually. It is a blend of five carefully chosen Mediterranean grape varieties, aged in five 225-liter wine barrels. The result is a wine that beautifully reflects the advantages of the local soil and climate.
The 5×5 wine is created by selecting the finest barrels from each variety, combining classic Mediterranean grapes grown in our Elah Valley vineyards. This distinctive blend showcases the unique characteristics of the terroir, delivering a rich, deep-colored wine with vibrant red fruit aromas and impressive aging potential. The wine matures in used French oak barrels, allowing the fruit flavors to remain prominent while fostering ideal development conditions.
The wine has an aging potential of minimum 10 years.
