This unique red wine series is produced in a limited quantity of 1,500 bottles per year. It represents the fruit of five selected Mediterranean grape varieties, aged in five wine barrels, each of which contains 225 liters. The exquisite result embodies the many benefits of our local soil and climate.
The 5×5 wine is produced from each variety’s most outstanding barrels, blending classic Mediterranean varieties from our Elah Valley vineyards. This singular creative blend, mirroring the marvelous local terroir, produces a powerful wine with deep color, juicy red fruit aromas, and long aging potential. The wine is aged in used French oak barrels that preserve the dominant fruit flavors while enabling the wine to develop under optimal conditions.
The wine has an aging potential of minimum 10 years.
