**Returns and Cancellations Policy**

  1. The website management operates in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, regarding the cancellation of remote sales transactions and product returns.
  2. Users may cancel or modify their order by contacting the winery office (details below) prior to the delivery of the order to the shipping address.
  3. The purchaser must check the shipment contents upon receipt and compare them to both the order and the invoice sent at the time of purchase.*
  4. Once the order has been received at the shipping address:
    1. Except as detailed in section below, the purchaser may cancel the order within 14 business days from the order date, subject to returning the products sealed in their original unopened and undamaged packaging, with no use made of them and no damage caused, and subject to presenting the invoice proving the order transaction or other proof regarding the transaction, date, amount paid, and payment method.

      Product returns will be at the customer’s expense, via mail or personal delivery to the winery offices or winery storage warehouse. You must attach the original order invoice to the returned product. Product returns will not be processed without presenting the original order invoice.

    2. Despite the above, wine orders of all types and olive oil cannot be cancelled or returned according to law.**

      **Note – Beverage orders cannot be returned.**

    3. Products purchased as a package/set (if considered returnable according to section 4.1 above) must be returned as a complete package, and individual items comprising the package cannot be returned separately.
  5. Additionally, if the order cancellation or return is made after the order has been delivered via shipping, the Company may charge the purchaser for the applicable shipping fees.

  6. In case of order cancellation by the winery, the purchaser will be credited the order amount, and in case of changes approved by the Company, the purchaser will be charged or credited accordingly based on the modified order.

  7. The Company may withdraw from fulfilling a purchase contract between the purchaser and the winery by notifying the purchaser, due to clerical error or other technical error.

  8. If a transaction is cancelled as stated above, the winery will credit the user for any ordered and paid products whose order was cancelled. No monetary credit will be given for products for which no monetary payment was made.

  9. If a transaction is cancelled as stated, the winery will not be responsible and will not bear any damage, including but not limited to direct, indirect, consequential, or special damage caused to the user or third party.

  10. Without derogating from these terms, the winery may at any time, at its sole discretion, cease website operations or cancel a user’s purchase transaction for any reason, including but not limited to any of the following cases:

    1. Products are out of stock.
    2. User’s full details including credit card information were not received, due to computer issues, phone systems, or any other communication factor in completing the purchase process.
    3. The user entered (whether knowingly or not) incorrect details (including but not limited to incorrect shipping address) and could not be contacted by phone or email to obtain the correct address within 7 days of placing the order.
    4. The user acted contrary to these terms or illegally or contrary to any law.
    5. The user attempts or attempted to sabotage website activities and order processing.
    6. If the user’s credit card has been blocked or restricted for use in any way.
    7. Due to war, hostilities, military reserve duty, natural disasters, emergencies, epidemics, strikes and lockouts, or any other event beyond the winery’s control including but not limited to failures in computer systems, phones, or any other communication system.

**Wines cannot be returned because they may spoil – (change and/or lose their quality) due to lack of refrigeration or proper storage conditions for maintaining product quality, and we cannot supervise this.
