NOBILITY 215a’

Under the Nobility label, the wines are full-bodied and rich, crafted to provide pure enjoyment in every glass. Precision in phenolic ripening during the growing process results in a vintage that is both elegant and balanced, with a notable intensity. These wines are aged in French oak barrels to achieve perfection.

Nobility 215a White: A remarkable white wine with refined elegance and a rich flavor profile. Composed of over 90% Chardonnay and a hint of Sauvignon Blanc, this wine achieves its character through the Chardonnay’s fermentation and aging in oak barrels. This process imparts vibrant fruit notes, a delicate minerality, and a subtle oak fragrance.

The name 215a was incorporated into the Nobility label as a tribute to Sergeant Maj. Yitzhak Tamir, the late brother of our winegrower, Shmuel Tamir Yitzhak tragically fell during the Yom Kippur War in 1973 while serving in Sinai. The radio code “215a” was his identifier as a unit commander, leading missions that rescued and saved numerous wounded soldiers on the battlefield.
