DvsG Red: A red wine in the winery’s first wine range. It is a blend of Shiraz, Marselan, Carignan, and Petite Sirah grapes from Elah Valley vineyards. The innovative blend of Mediterranean varieties with this terroir results in a wine with an intense, deep color that gives rise to an aroma of vines overflowing with juicy, red fruit. The wine is aged in French oak barrels – 70% used and 30% new for the duration of 10 months – which preserve the fruit’s dominance and allow optimal conditions for the development of the wine’s flavor.
The wine has an aging potential of a minimum of 5 years.
